How do I cancel an order that was just placed?   Back to top
Many times orders are released from our warehouse within minutes of your submitting the order, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, however in many cases your order can be cancelled without any charge. You will receive an email confirmation if your order was cancelled. 

If you still receive the order, you can refuse delivery and avoid the cost of return shipping.  There may be a 15% restock fee on refused shipments. If you do not refuse delivery, then you must get a RA ( Return Authorization) number from customer service. Restock fees still apply. The package must be unopend in new "as shipped" condition to be eligible for a return for credit. A 15% restock fee will apply.

Do you offer rebates?   Back to top
Products purchased from eToner are eligible for current manufacturer rebates. If a product currently has a manufacturer rebate, then you can usually get the rebate forms from the manufacturer's web site. Sometimes the rebate form is included with the product. eToner does not supply any rebate coupons or forms.Your invoice from eToner can be used to apply for the rebate.

What are the shipping & handling fees & sales tax?   Back to top
We do not charge shipping on orders of $75 or more, shipping is $6 on o. There is no sales tax unless you are in the state of Connecticut. We will ship from the closest warehouse to you that has your item(s) in stock, so that even ground delivery might only take 1 or 2 days. We do ship to APO and FPO. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards with no surcharge. Credit cards must be issued by a US bank with a US billing address.
You can place your order using credit card securely online from our Web site at any time. To prevent credit card fraud if you are not shipping to the credit card's billing address, then you MUST let the credit card issuing bank know your alternate shipping address. Your credit card bank phone number is usually located on the back of your credit card. We will then call the bank to verify this address before shipping your order. We do accept wire transfers. You can obtain the necessary wire transfer information from a salesperson. We will ship immediately upon verification of receiving the wire transfer which could take up to 5 business days.  You can also prepay by sending a check or money order. Personal or company checks will take about 1 week to clear before we ship. We do accept Purchase Orders. The credit application can be found here. Please allow for up to two business days to process the application and PO. We do not accept COD orders.

eToner does offer a reseller program. Tax will be removed from your order.

eToner does offer special discounts, however, our pricing is super low for EVERYONE.
On pricing: We vigorously attempt to keep all prices current however if a price is out of date we will let you know prior to completing the sale.
